What does the Company Campus build process look like?

It starts with an intake form covering your company information and employee roster. Plan for roughly two hours of your time to get us what we need. From there, PMU helps you select the right courses for your team, collects the campus build fee, and gets to work. We build, test, and launch your campus within 5 to 7 business days. The annual seat fee is collected before launch.

What does the Company Campus actually cost? 

Setup is a one-time $750 fee. After that, it's $250 per seat per year, billed annually, with a 3-seat minimum. If you want PMU to build company-specific courses, SOPs, onboarding content, policy training, those start at $500 per course. No hidden fees, no per-module charges, no surprise invoices.

Do I have to sign a long-term contract? 

No. Company Campus is billed annually. You're not locked into a multi-year agreement. If you ever cancel, you keep what you paid for. Any company-specific courses PMU built are yours as SCORM files. Keep in mind that SCORM files require a compatible eLearning platform to function, so their usefulness outside of Company Campus depends on what you move to. Training records live within the PMU platform. Individual certificates of completion belong to each employee and can be downloaded before cancellation.

Does our team get access to paid Professional Tracks with the Company Campus?

Yes. Once Professional Tracks are loaded into your Company Campus, your team accesses them as part of their campus at no additional charge. They no longer need to purchase them individually.

What do you need to build a company-specific course? 

Send us your existing documents: SOPs, HR policies, employee handbooks, core values, or any internal content you want turned into training. Our instructional design team handles the rest, building it as a branded SCORM course loaded directly into your campus.

If you need help we have great relationship with professionals that can help create your documents. 

What is included in the setup fee? 

PMU builds your branded campus within our custom platform, imports the relevant courses from the PMU library, configures your training plan, and invites your team. You show up to an onboarding call, provide your company-specific content, and PMU handles the rest. The campus is live within 30 days of receiving your setup fee.
