Risk vs. Protection

A Fair Housing complaint doesn’t require bad intentions. It only requires a gap between what your team knows and what the law requires. That gap is expensive. One complaint can cost more than 600× what this certification costs. Here's what both paths actually look like.
This issue is happening for the same reason as the previous table: the **label column (200px)** is too wide for mobile screens, which "squeezes" the remaining two columns against the right edge.
