The math of fair housing

Risk vs. Protection

A Fair Housing complaint doesn’t require bad intentions. It only requires a gap between what your team knows and what the law requires. That gap is expensive. One complaint can cost more than 600× what this certification costs. Here's what both paths actually look like.
This issue is happening for the same reason as the previous table: the **label column (200px)** is too wide for mobile screens, which "squeezes" the remaining two columns against the right edge. To fix this, I have: 1. **Reduced the Label Column** on mobile from 200px to **85px**. 2. **Synced the Header and Body** widths exactly so the vertical lines align perfectly. 3. **Prevented Text Overflow** by adding `min-width: 0` and `hyphens: auto`, ensuring the price and "Included" text don't push the box boundaries. 4. **Legend Wrapping**: The bar chart legend now wraps on mobile so the text doesn't get cut off. ```html

Frequently Asked Questions

Who this is for?

Everyone in Property Management: Stop feeling nervous when a prospect asks a "grey area" question. Get the confidence that comes from knowing the law.
Company Owners: You can't be in every conversation. At $145, this is the cheapest insurance policy you will ever buy for your business.

Is this certificate actually recognized?

Yes. Completing this path constitutes formal Fair Housing training: structured, documented, and assessable. If your company faces a HUD investigation or civil lawsuit, this certificate gives your attorney documentation that training took place. That matters. A participation badge from a lunch webinar does not.

While no training elimates risk, this certificate reflects a documented commitment to compliance and continued education.

How long does it take?

Each, self-paced course takes 20 to 30 minutes. Most people finish the full path in 2 to 4 weeks, working around a normal workday. You do not need a free afternoon. You need 20 minutes.

Can I enroll my whole team?

Yes. You can purchase multiple seats for your team. This path was built with property management companies in mind, and the certificate is designed to document training at the company level, not just individually.

If you are interested in a Private Master Class, please contact and we can do a live training class for your team.

What if I only want one topic?

The Fair Housing Foundations course is free. If you want to go deeper on a specific area, such as disabilities and accommodations, advertising compliance, responding to claims, the full path covers all of it for $145.
