THE COST OF TURNOVER

Every New Hire Is an Investment. Protect It.

2x

An employee's salary: what it can cost to replace them
Recruiting, training, lost productivity, and an empty seat. For a $45,000 employee, that can run as high as $90,000.
Gallup

29%

Annual turnover for property management staff
Nearly one in three onsite employees leaves every year. On a team of 10, that's three people to recruit, hire, and train again.
NAA / CEL Turnover Survey

94%

Would stay longer at a company that invests in them
Nearly every employee says investing in their development would keep them around longer. Training in week one tells them you're serious.

Frequently Asked Questions

My new hire starts after the Academy start date. Can they still join?

Unfortunately not, but new cohorts start on a regular bases. If they have been hired, but not started yet, they can attend. If not, you'll want to enroll them in the next one after their start date.

They've been here six weeks. Are they eligible?

101 is for employees hired within the last 30 days, so everyone starts at the same level. Longer-tenured staff will fit our role-specific tracks, coming soon.

How much of their workday does this take?

Three 90-minute live sessions a week, plus about 10 minutes of homework after each one and on-demand courses they can fit around their day.

Do they need property management experience?

No. 101 starts from zero.

Can remote team members join?

Yes. Everyone joins the same live Zoom cohort.

If you have a RTM (Remote Team Member), there are add on courses they will need to take in addition to this course. Additional costs will apply.

What if they miss a session?

Life happens. Each learner can miss one session and make it up by joining that same session live with the next cohort. Miss Orientation or more than one session, and we'll move them to the next cohort at no charge.

What is the 100-day guarantee?

Yes, two. If your hire does the work and you're not satisfied, you get a full refund. If they leave within 100 days of graduating, their replacement takes the course free. Full terms at checkout.

What do I get at the end?

A written performance letter from both instructors. It covers how your new hire showed up (attendance, engagement, quality of work), their strengths, where they need coaching, and our honest take on how they're tracking. You also get specific suggestions for their next 90 days, including what training should come next. Their graduation kit ships to your office.
