Meet the Instructor

Ben Smith

Ben Smith is the founder of BrightReach Sales and has spent 13 years in sales across industries before finding his way to property management in 2018. He joined a startup in Raleigh, NC that few people had heard of. By 2023 it was a household name in the industry.

In his last two roles as Director of Sales for property management vendors, Ben helped build and execute business development strategy from scratch — creating the messaging, systems, and process that moved companies from unknown to recognized.

He started BrightReach in 2025 to give property management operators direct access to that same work
