Deb Newell

Deb Newell is a property management “fixer” and strategic advisor with over 25 years of experience in operations, leadership, and mergers & acquisitions across single-family, multifamily, and institutional portfolios. As an executive consultant and owner of Real-Time Consulting Services, she partners with property management companies, REITs, PE-backed firms, leadership teams, and software providers to diagnose gaps in people, process, and technology and implement practical, scalable solutions.

With a B.S. in Political Science and an MBA with dual concentrations in Leadership and Marketing—and doctoral work in Industrial and Organizational Psychology—Deb blends academic rigor with real-world experience.
