Monica Gilroy, Esq.

Her extensive work spans real estate litigation, including property management issues, title insurance defense, fair housing, foreclosure and title disputes, broker and agent liability, mortgage fraud-related litigation, and civil and commercial contract disputes.

A seasoned litigator and mediator, Monica has conducted hundreds of jury trials, bench trials, arbitrations, and mediations. She serves as outside national counsel to the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM) and holds an AV peer review rating with Martindale Hubbell.
