Donato Callahan

Donato built his first wholesaling company during the COVID lockdown and was managing 176 residential and commercial multifamily units by the age of 23. Today he owns over 600 units and more than $40M in real estate.

He speaks at universities, mentors investors, and runs BrightInvestor, the real estate software platform built for property managers, investors, and coaching programs.
Before any of that, he was the high school valedictorian who earned the Department of Defense SMART Scholarship, graduated Magna Cum Laude from Boise State, and spent time on wildlife conservation work in South Africa and Montana.
