Brad Randall

Bradley “Brad” Randall is the owner and operator of Welch Randall Real Estate and Property Management, a Utah-based firm specializing in single-family rentals, small multifamily and commercial properties, and dozens of residential and commercial HOAs across the Wasatch Front.

With a degree in Facilities & Property Management and a master’s degree from Brigham Young University, Brad blends hands-on operational experience with academic rigor.
